Let’s take a look. STORY: Here at the preliminaries of NTD’s International Chinese Culinary Competition chefs are assigned an ingredient to use as a theme for the cook off. Today it is shredded pork with sheet jelly. Lets take a look of the secret sauce the contestants are preparing. [Zhong Fenlan, Contestant]: It is garlic, then Zhejiang vinegar, then soy sauce. Afterwards, add a little white vinegar to improve the Zhejiang vinegars taste. After that, add some spicy oil.
